20200218 It arrived here. I could see from the box exterior it had a rough time. Took photos during unpacking. Found inadequate packing, plus severely rough handling. The instrument has been completely, unrepairably smashed. The instrument weighs around 9.2Kg. Quite heavy. Box has very little clearance (1cm intact?) at front and rear of the heavy instrument. It had ONE layer of bubble wrap, plus some styro peanuts on top. Thus virtually no effective padding between the instrument front and rear faces and the box. This was unfortunately naive of whoever packed it. Boxes should never be dropped in shipping, but it does happen. The box was shipped from the seller to my Australian address (via ebay's Global Shipping Program) so seller knew it was being shipped internationally. The box was obviously dropped heavily on front and rear corners, at least twice in shipping. Result: plastic front and rear moldings of the instrument violently impacted the box interior at an oblique angle, smashing both into multiple pieces. There are MANY small plastic fragments in the box. But the box also came untaped on one edge, so many other fragments have probably fallen out. "GSP" = Global Smashing Program.
