On an item missing from a Shipito Consolidation

Seller's two pics in ebay listing; an example unit. Yes that is all gold plated.
It's a precision microwave signal connector, called "APC 3.5mm F-F",
and new they are around US $500 each. No kidding. These are 2nd hand; still expensive.

Screencaps after my purchase of the last 5 units the seller had in stock.
We had negotiated a price of US $200 for all 5.

"Special request" photos by Shipito on arrival of the packet.
Packet designated "HK" by Shipito.

Note that there were five units in the packet, as there should be.
They along with other items sat in my Shipito storage space for a while,
till I consolidated all of them.

Following photos are by me, on arrival of the consolidated box HR.

I didn't take photos of opening the bubble bag, because it looked good. Couldn't tell there were only 4 of the little gold connectors inside, rather than 5. Also I was eager to see them.

The box had clearly not been opened by anyone after it was taped closed at Shipito.
The sealed bubble bag was fully closed and undamaged. Nothing could have slipped out of it.
Therefore the 5th gold connector went missing between when Shipito took the special request (incoming) photos, and when the bubble bag was sealed and placed in the consolidation box during consolidation at Shipito.
